Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 July 2026

1. Who we are

DCANNAI operates DCANNAI Life, BioTrack, Chess and the DCANNAI Member Rewards programme. This policy explains what personal information we collect through DCANNAI Life, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies alongside any product-specific notices shown inside BioTrack and Chess.

2. What we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create a DCANNAI account (name, email address, date of birth, country and region), information generated by your use of DCANNAI Life (membership and billing status, product connections, notification preferences, Member Rewards entries), and technical information needed to keep the service secure (device and session records, security events).

Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment providers, not by DCANNAI. Health-related data recorded in BioTrack stays within BioTrack and is governed by the BioTrack privacy notice; DCANNAI Life sees only your connection and entitlement status.

3. How we use it

4. Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers acting on our behalf (identity, payments, email delivery, hosting), with independent draw observers where campaign rules require it, and where the law requires disclosure. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Member Rewards entry and winner records are kept for the period required by the promotion regulations of the relevant jurisdictions, then deleted. If you delete your account, remaining data is removed per each product's retention schedule.

6. Your choices and rights

You can access and correct your details, export a machine-readable copy of your data, and request deletion of your account at any time from Account → Privacy in DCANNAI Life. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the Australian Privacy Act, the GDPR or other laws; we honour requests to the extent they apply.

7. Contact

Questions or complaints can be sent to privacy@dcannai.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact your local privacy regulator, including the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
