After entries close, a random draw selects from valid entries. Selected entrants are checked and contacted through the process in the campaign rules.

What do I get with Life Plus?
Life Plus brings access to BioTrack and Chess together in one membership. Eligible members can also choose to enter occasional Member Rewards campaigns. Membership gives you product access whether or not you enter a campaign or win a prize.
Does my membership automatically enter me?
No. You choose each campaign you want to enter. Check its rules and eligibility, then accept the current rules and submit your entry before entries close. Creating an account or paying for membership alone does not create an entry.
Who can enter?
You must be at least 18, hold an active qualifying paid membership and live in an eligible Australian state or territory listed in the campaign rules. Launch campaigns exclude South Australia. Your account must meet the campaign’s checks, including age and residency. Employees, contractors and other excluded people listed in the rules cannot enter.
Can I pay for extra entries?
No. There is no separate entry fee, but an active qualifying paid membership is required. Each eligible person can submit one entry per campaign. Renewals, referrals, a higher-priced plan, and activity in BioTrack or Chess do not give you extra entries.
What can I win, and when is the draw?
Each announced campaign publishes its own fixed prize, entry period, draw date and official rules before entries open. Campaigns run occasionally, with no promised weekly or monthly schedule. The prize does not grow with membership payments or the number of entrants. Membership does not guarantee a prize.
How are winners selected and contacted?
A random draw selects from valid entries after the entry period closes. Selected entrants must pass the checks in the official rules before a prize is confirmed. Each campaign explains how they will be contacted, any claim deadline and what happens if a prize is unclaimed.
