Terms of service

1. The service

DCANNAI Life gives you one account for DCANNAI products, a single membership that unlocks connected benefits, and access to eligible Member Rewards campaigns. These terms cover DCANNAI Life; BioTrack and Chess have their own product terms that apply when you use them.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure; we recommend enabling multi-factor authentication at accounts.dcannai.com. Tell us promptly at support@dcannai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Membership and billing

Membership is billed in advance at the price shown at checkout for your region, by our payment provider or by the app store you purchased through. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Where required by law, we provide refunds for faulty or misdescribed services; nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Member Rewards

Eligible memberships include access to Member Rewards campaigns. Each campaign has its own official rules published before entries open, covering eligibility, entry limits, dates, the prize, the draw method and the permit details required in each jurisdiction. Entry is included with eligible membership — there is no separate charge to enter, and choosing not to enter does not affect your membership benefits. Membership fees are set independently of campaign prizes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the service, attempt to access other members' data, enter campaigns you are not eligible for, or use automated means to create accounts or entries. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect. You can close your account at any time from Account → Delete account.

7. Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the affected period. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
