How do I connect BioTrack or Chess?
Go to Products, choose the product and select Connect. You'll be asked to approve the connection, then you're done — your progress syncs to your DCANNAI account.
How do Member Rewards campaigns work?
Eligible memberships include access to Member Rewards campaigns. Each campaign publishes its prize, dates, eligibility and official rules before entries open, and winners are selected in an independently verifiable draw.
How do I cancel my membership?
Go to Membership, then Manage billing, and choose cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I get a copy of my data, or delete my account?
Both are self-service under Account: Data export and Delete account. We confirm every request by email.
